2023 Romanian Weekend at the Wharf Program

Immerse yourself in the diverse and vibrant Romanian Weekend at the Wharf, showcasing an array of talented artists that span the breadth of Romanian culture. These performers and artisans hail from various backgrounds, united by a common passion: their love for Romania.

Our line-up features musicians who breathe life into traditional Romanian music, stirring emotions with every note. Our singers, with their powerful voices, transport listeners straight to the heart of Romania, while our dancers grace the stage with energetic performances that brilliantly encapsulate the spirit of Romanian dance.

We also host craftsmen who exhibit the sophistication of Romanian folk art. From intricately designed pottery to delicate textiles, these artists weave their love for Romanian culture into every piece they create.

Whether they were born and raised in Romania, are US-based Romanian artists, or simply individuals who cherish Romanian culture, each of our artists brings a unique perspective and flavor to the event. Join us for a captivating experience that celebrates the richness and diversity of Romanian culture.
