Born in the picturesque Bistrița-Năsăud County in northern Romania, Andreea Rebăltescu moved to the United States in 2006 after graduating from the prestigious Gheorghe Dima Music Academy in Cluj-Napoca, Romania’s second-largest city and a renowned cultural hub.

A classically trained vocalist with a deep love for her roots, Andreea has made it her mission to share the richness of Romanian folk music with audiences across the U.S. Her performances blend traditional melodies with a modern flair, earning her the title of Princess of Romanian-American Pop Folk. Dressed in vibrant, authentic costumes from various regions of Romania, she brings to life the stories, emotions, and rhythms that define the soul of Romanian folklore.
